Parking is available at the Waterside District parking garage. The garage is adjacent to Waterside District at the intersection of Waterside Drive and Atlantic Avenue. Hampton Roads Original Cupcake Bakery

Opened for business in 2008, Carolina Cupcakery is considered one of the country’s very first cupcake bakeries. Our menu includes 365 flavors of all natural, scratch baked cupcakes in creative flavors, and some inspired by cocktail drinks. We have something for everyone! Food allergy versions include vegan, gluten free, nut free and sugar free, all baked in a dedicated kitchen.

Our Waterside location combines cupcakes with specialty coffees, espresso drinks, and snacks for Norfolk’s downtown harbor visitors.

Carolina Cupcakery has been featured in many popular reality shows including Food Network’s Cupcake Wars, Extreme Home Makeover, and HGTV’s House Hunters.
